NIBBLE: Issue 1
We are thrilled to unveil the first issue of our new "Nutrition Information Byte" (NIBBLE). This one-page article is designed to educate individuals on hot topics in nutrition. The first issue of the NIBBLE deals with The Importance of Nutritional Adequacy (Or Avoiding Caloric Debt). You can download the NIBBLE in pdf and ppt formats. If you were an International Nutrition Survey participant you may want to download this version, which allows you to enter some more specific information about your site, from your Site Report. We encourage you to distribute these NIBBLES in your ICU to increase awareness about these important nutrition topics! Look out for future issues of NIBBLES which will deal with other important topics, and feel free to email Lauren Murch at
