Lauren Murch is a Project Assistant for the Clinical Evaluation Research Unit (CERU) at Kingston General Hospital, Kingston, Ontario, Canada. Lauren recently completed an MSc. by coursework in Human Health and Nutritional Sciences at the University of Guelph. As part of this program, by working in the Human Nutraceutical Research Unit (HNRU) at the University of Guelph, she has had involvement in many aspects of the human clinical trial process. She is currently a project assistant at CERU for an International Quality Improvement Project focusing on optimizing nutrition practices in ICUs across the world, and for the CANTREAT study.
