= Gertrudis Adrianza de Baptista – Graduated in Dietetic and Nutrition LND, MS, RD, FADA, CNSD, MTSVNPE. Clinical Nutrition and Nutritional Support Specialist. Titular Professor= of Clinical Nutrition and Fellowship Training Programs at Universidad Central = de Venezuela. Head Chief of said University’s Hospital Nutritional Support Unit. Proffesor of pre & post graduating courses, coordinating rotation residency at the Hospital Universitario de Caracas, Hospital Milit= ar, Hospital Vargas and Hospital J.M. de los Rios. Current member= of ASPEN Public Relations Committee and International Cordinator of FELANPE. Former FELANPE Vice President and Former President of Sociedad Venezolana de Nutricion Parenteral y Enteral.

= Maurizio Muscaritoli - Graduated in medicine in Italy with specialization in nefrology. Entered the clinical nutrition field at P= rof Meguide´s laboratory in Syracuse. Nowadays he is Assistant professor of Internal Medicine at University ‘La Sapienza’, Rome. HE is also Chie fog Department of Clinical Nutrition Therapy at the same hospital Main current research areas: metabol= ic alterations in cancer; cancer cachexia ; pathogenic mechanisms of musc= le wasting in cancer and other chronic diseases; Nutritional and metabolic sup= port in neurodegenerative disorders (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis). Dr Maurizio= is a active member of several societies (ESPEN, Italian Society of internal medicine,and Nutritional Therapy -SIMI and SINPE).
